This new ADU is located on a beautiful property in need of a new vision that borders several other houses and a small vineyard in the outskirts of Sebastopol. We’ve creating a new vision for the property with a new ADU and landscaping located the house on the upper portion of the 1/2 acre lot and are using a series of site walls to expand the outdoor space and create distinct experiences that will make the lot feel bigger. The new ADU, patio, and surrounding landscaping will breath new life and serve as the focal point of the property moving forward.
